If we're designing the sign, production does not begin until your proof (if requested) has been approved.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Normal shipping time is around 5 business days (within the 48 continental US).

We use UPS and FedEx for delivery and therefore are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
