Cancellation Policy
Standard Production Orders (Non-Rush)
If you place an order using standard production (not rush) and we notify you that we are unable to meet your required need-by date, we will offer the option to upgrade to rush production if production capacity allows.
If you choose not to upgrade to rush production, you may cancel the order and select one of the following:

A refund minus a 5% processing fee, which covers non-refundable transaction costs, or
-
A full refund issued as store credit, with no fees deducted.
Please note: These options are only available if we have not yet begun creating your proof or artwork. Once design work has started, our standard proofing and artwork fees apply.
If We Have Not Started Your Order
If we have not started on your order and no proofing or artwork has begun, you may cancel your order. Because payment processing fees are non-refundable, all cancellations will incur a 5% processing fee, or you may choose to receive a full refund as store credit with no fees deducted.
This applies to all standard cancellations, including situations where a customer placed an order and later decides not to proceed, as well as standard-production orders where the need-by date cannot be met and the customer chooses not to upgrade to rush production.
If Proofing Has Started
If we have started the proof process, there is a charge of $20. This fee covers the design time and setup spent creating your proof.
If You Approved Your Final Proof
If we have received your final proof approval, you will be responsible for the entire order cost. Once a proof is approved, your order goes into production and can no longer be canceled.
Custom Artwork Orders
For orders that we are creating custom artwork for, once the artwork creation process has started, no refunds will be given.
Non-Customized Cake Topper Orders
If a non-customized cake topper order is cancelled after it has been placed into production but before it has shipped from our studio, a 15% restocking fee will be charged.
Non-Responsive Orders
Berks Imprints Group, LLC (DBA Rubi and Lib Design Studio) reserves the right to cancel an order at any time. If an order has been placed and the customer does not respond within 2 weeks to the proof email, the order will automatically be cancelled (minus the $20 proof charge). We make every attempt to contact the customer during this period.
Customer Responsibility
It is the customer's responsibility to measure their items accurately before placing an order for products. If you plan to order a large amount of an item, we recommend ordering a single one first so you can see the item in person if you have doubts about color or size.
