Personalization & Decoration Running the printing, pressing, and embroidery that turn blank cups, napkins, and favors into personalized keepsakes, with an eye for clean, consistent results on every run.

Graphic & Product Design Translating customer ideas — including our signature custom pet portraits — into polished, print-ready artwork, and helping shape new products and designs for the shop.

Order Verification & Proofing Reviewing every order against the customer's details — names, dates, colors, and spelling — and preparing proofs so nothing goes into production until it's just right.

Customer Service Guiding couples and party planners from first question to final delivery, answering messages with warmth and making the whole ordering experience feel easy and personal.

Shipping & Fulfillment Packing and shipping with care so fragile, personalized pieces arrive intact and on time, and keeping fulfillment running smoothly through our busiest seasons.
