Sales & Promotion Policy
At Rubi and Lib, we love helping you celebrate life’s most meaningful moments — and that includes offering special promotions throughout the year. To keep things clear, consistent, and fair for all customers, please review the policies below regarding sales, discounts, and promotional offers.
How Discounts Work
- Discounts must be applied at checkout.
- Promotions are not valid on previous purchases.
- We cannot apply discounts after an order has been submitted.
- Only one discount code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
- Discounts generally cannot be combined with other promotions, free gifts, or sitewide offers.
- Promotions may change or end at any time without notice.
Exclusions
Unless specifically mentioned in the promotion, the following items may be excluded from discounts and promotions:
- Custom artwork fees
- Subscription products
- Gift cards
- Limited-edition or seasonal items
- Items already marked down
Some promotions may have additional exclusions, which will be noted within the offer details.
Price Adjustments
- We do not offer price adjustments on orders placed before a sale or promotion begins.
- We do not offer price adjustments on orders placed after a sale has ended.
- We do not refund the difference if a product changes in price after purchase.
All sale prices are final at the time of checkout.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as final sale cannot be returned, exchanged, or canceled once purchased. Some promotional items may also be designated as final sale.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Because many of our products are personalized or made to order:
- Changes cannot be made once your order has entered production.
- Cancellations are only possible if production has not yet begun.
If you need assistance, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Processing & Shipping During Sales
During high-volume promotional periods:
- Processing times may be slightly extended.
- Rush order fees still apply and are not discounted unless specifically stated in the promotion.
- Discount codes apply to product prices only and do not apply to shipping fees, unless otherwise noted.
Shipping estimates are provided at checkout and may vary during busy seasons and holidays.
Coupon Code Errors
All discounts must be successfully applied at checkout. If a code does not apply, please:
- Double-check the spelling of the code.
- Confirm that the promotion is currently active.
- Verify that your items meet the promotion requirements and are not excluded.
We are not able to retroactively apply codes or refund the discount amount once an order has been placed.
Typographical Errors
In the rare event of a pricing or promotional error, we reserve the right to correct or cancel any order affected by the error. If this occurs, our team will notify you as soon as possible and provide options for how to proceed.
