Did you host a show-stopping event using Rubi and Lib products? We’d love to see it—and reward you!
If your submission meets our photo requirements, we’ll refund 10% of your purchase price as a thank you. All refunds are issued at our sole discretion.
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for clear, high-quality photos that prominently showcase Rubi and Lib products in use at your event. These images help us share real event inspiration on our social media, website, and marketing materials.
Photo Requirements (Required for 10% Refund)
To qualify for a refund, your photos must meet all of the following criteria:

Clearly feature a Rubi and Lib product as the central focus of the image (not just in the background or part of a larger scene).

Show the product in use at the event—e.g., being held, displayed on a styled table, or in a moment of action.

Design details must be visible and readable (monograms, illustrations, or wording should be clearly shown).

Photos must be bright, high-resolution, and sharp—no dark, grainy, or blurry images.

At least one photo must feel aspirational—something we’d be proud to feature on Instagram, our website, or marketing materials.
- Submissions must include at least 3 usable photos that meet the criteria above
Helpful Tips
• You don’t need professional photography, but crisp, clean images are a must
• Only submit photos you own or have the full rights to share
• Include as much detail about your event as possible (event type, theme, color scheme, etc.)
• Don’t forget your vendor list (including website URLs) so we can credit everyone properly
Usage Terms
By submitting photos, you grant Rubi and Lib (Pink Poppy Party Shoppe, LLC) the right to use your images across any of our marketing channels, including but not limited to:
• Rubiandlib.com
• Email marketing
• Advertisements
Photo credit will be given whenever possible. However, we cannot guarantee all submissions will be featured or that every submission will receive a refund.
