Once your order is placed, our team gets to work. You'll receive a digital proof via email within 1–3 business days — review it carefully for names, dates, spelling, and any custom details before giving us the go-ahead.
Step 3 — Approve and Leave the Rest to Us
Love it? We'll send it straight to production. Need a small tweak? No problem — we won't print a single thing until you're completely happy with it. Once you give your approval, we'll handle everything and ship your finished order right to your door.

Our cup sizes are regulated by the US Dept. of Weights and Measures. The cup size indicates the amount of liquid if filled to the brim (not including ice). Stated ounces from the manufacturer are intended to show approximate volume and are not an implied guarantee of exact volume.
All measuring cups measure differently and are only accurate to a certain degree so measuring cups at home may measure differently than manufacturers measuring devices.
We recommend ordering larger than you think you need.

Design Note: The design might be stretched a bit to fit the cup. Most products are printed by hand (not mass produced by machinery), slight differences in technique, pressure, and application can lead to variations in the print. Conditions such as humidity, temperature, and drying times can influence the outcome of prints, leading to unique variations.
Ink Info: Our screen-printed items use inks that dry by evaporation. There might be a slight residual odor from the drying process, which is normal and not a defect.
Color Accuracy: We try to represent cup and ink colors as accurately as possible, but variations in monitors and screens mean the colors might look different in person.
Scratches & Scuffs: Minor scratches and scuffs on plastic products can happen during production, printing, stacking, and shipping. These are common and not considered defects. While we do our best to prevent them, customers should be aware of this risk.
Surface Variability: The materials being printed on can have natural variations in texture, absorbency, and color, affecting how the print looks.

Before approving, please carefully check all spelling, punctuation, and details — once you give the green light, your order moves immediately into production and changes cannot be made. Timely approval keeps your production and delivery on schedule, so the sooner you respond, the sooner it's on its way to you.
Please note that custom illustration fees are non-refundable once our designers have begun your artwork. If you need to cancel before work has started, reach out to us right away and we'll do our best to help.
A few things to know before you order:
For the best result, please have your pet posed in the direction you'd like them illustrated. Any changes to the custom artwork after the design process has begun will incur a redraw fee — but don't worry, text and layout adjustments are complimentary for up to two rounds of proofs.
On proofs & refunds: Custom illustration fees are non-refundable once our designers have begun your artwork. If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before work gets underway.
Already have artwork? If you have a vector-based, high-resolution file, we can use it in place of a custom illustration — no artwork fee required. Please keep in mind that vector art is not a photograph; we need black and white line art, not images. If your illustration was created by an independent artist, a print release will also be required before we can move forward.

Can I Use My Artwork?
Absolutely! We love bringing your custom designs to life on our foil stamped napkins. To ensure your artwork translates beautifully into a crisp, flawless foil stamp, all submitted files must meet the following requirements before we can begin production.
Artwork must be:
- Vector-based in EPS, AI, or PDF format (JPEGs are not accepted)
- Black and white only — no colors, gradients, or grey tones
- High resolution at a minimum of 300 DPI (the higher, the better)
- Camera ready — we are not able to convert, recreate, or modify artwork on our end
If your file doesn't meet these specs, we'd love to help. Reach out to our team about our artwork preparation service so we can get your design camera ready — and ensure the sharpest, most stunning result once it hits the foil.

During peak wedding season (spring and fall), 6–8 weeks gives you the most comfort on timing.
Yes — always. We never go to production without your approval. After your illustration is complete, you'll receive a full product proof showing exactly how your pet of honor will appear on each item. Nothing is printed until you say it's perfect.
A clear, well-lit photo where your pet's face is fully visible works best. Front-facing or slight side angle is ideal. Avoid dark or blurry photos — the more detail the artist can see, the more accurate and personal the illustration will be. Choose your best photo and submit one image with your order.
We do our best to accommodate tight timelines. Because each illustration is hand-drawn, there's more production time involved than non-illustrated products.
