Rubi and Lib Design Studio (Pink Poppy Party Shoppe, LLC) is not responsible for spelling or grammatical errors that are printed. We strive to catch these mistakes, but customers are responsible for checking and correcting their orders before giving the proof approval.

Due to the bespoke custom handmade process of the printed products, there can be variations from your digital proof to the printed items. While we strive for accuracy from the digital proof to the printed and shipped item, please note that variations may occur. Slight variations in line thickness and coverage may occur and this will not be considered a defect in printing.

Other information to keep in mind:

Design Note: The design might be stretched a bit to fit the cup. Most products are printed by hand (not mass produced by machinery), slight differences in technique, pressure, and application can lead to variations in the print. Conditions such as humidity, temperature, and drying times can influence the outcome of prints, leading to unique variations.

Ink Info: Our screen-printed items use inks that dry by evaporation. There might be a slight residual odor from the drying process, which is normal and not a defect.

Color Accuracy: We try to represent cup and ink colors as accurately as possible, but variations in monitors and screens mean the colors might look different in person.

Scratches & Scuffs: Minor scratches and scuffs on plastic products can happen during production, printing, stacking, and shipping. These are common and not considered defects. While we do our best to prevent them, customers should be aware of this risk.

Surface Variability: The materials being printed on can have natural variations in texture, absorbency, and color, affecting how the print looks.

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final.

COLORS
Please be aware that colors may vary slightly from your proof to your delivered product due to browser and monitor settings.

FONTS
Where a font choice is availble but you have not selected an option, the main photo font will be the default.

Production does not begin until your proof (if requested) has been approved.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Normal shipping time is around 5 business days (within the 48 continental US).

We use UPS and FedEx for delivery and therefore are unable to ship to PO Boxes.

Sad that your favorite four legged baby can't be at your wedding? Add a fun personalized element to your wedding that features your favorite dog or cat. Choose from multiple napkin colors and foil imprint colors to make these napkins truly unique. These are professional printed in real foil (both shiny and matte options are available.) Scroll down to see all the napkin and foil colors that are available.

To include your custom pet illustration on the napkin, be sure to purchase the custom artwork fee along with the napkins. Please allow up to 4 business days for your photo to be illustrated before a proof will be sent.

PLEASE NOTE
Please have your pet posed in the direction you would like them illustrated. Any change requests to the custom illustration will incur a $20 redraw fee. However text and layout changes receive 2 complimentary proofs.

PROOFS
The custom illustration fee is not refundable unless we have not started your artwork yet. Once our designers start the artwork process, the artwork fee becomes nonrefundable.

Your order is held until we hear back from you with approval that all spelling and punctuation is correct. Please note that are orders are immediately placed into production once we receive your approval, and changes cannot be made. A delay in approving your proof WILL delay the production time stated below.

Already have art? We can use a vector based high resolution art file without the need for the custom artwork fee. If created by an independent artist, we will also need a print release. These files can be emailed to proofs@rubiandlib.com. Please reference your number in the subject line.
