Due to the bespoke custom handmade process of the printed products, there can be variations from your digital proof to the printed items. While we strive for accuracy from the digital proof to the printed and shipped item, please note that variations may occur. Slight variations in line thickness and coverage may occur and this will not be considered a defect in printing.

Other information to keep in mind:

Color Accuracy: We try to represent sign and ink colors as accurately as possible, but variations in monitors and screens mean the colors might look different in person.

Scratches & Scuffs: Minor scratches and scuffs on plastic products can happen during production, printing, stacking, and shipping. These are common and not considered defects. While we do our best to prevent them, customers should be aware of this risk.

Surface Variability: The materials being printed on can have natural variations in texture, absorbency, and color, affecting how the print looks.

Because our products are custom-made, all sales are final.

COLORS
Please be aware that colors may vary slightly from your proof to your delivered product due to browser and monitor settings.

FONTS
Where a font choice is availble but you have not selected an option, the main photo font will be the default.

PROOFS
If requested, we strive to send proofs within 72 business hours.

Custom illustration fees are not refundable unless we have not started your artwork. Once our designers start the artwork process, the artwork fee becomes nonrefundable.

Your order is held until we hear back from you with approval that all spelling and punctuation is correct. Please note that our orders are immediately placed into production once we receive your approval, and changes cannot be made. A delay in approving your proof WILL delay the production time stated below.

SHIPPING

Production does not begin until your proof (if requested) has been approved.

Shipping times will vary depending on your location. Normal shipping time is around 5 business days (within the 48 continental US).

We use UPS for delivery and therefore are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
