Once your order is placed, our team gets to work. You'll receive a digital proof via email within 1–3 business days — review it carefully for names, dates, spelling, and any custom details before giving us the go-ahead.
Step 3 — Approve and Leave the Rest to Us
Love it? We'll send it straight to production. Need a small tweak? No problem — we won't print a single thing until you're completely happy with it. Once you give your approval, we'll handle everything and ship your finished order right to your door.

How Many Do I Need?
A good rule of thumb is 4 napkins per guest, though this varies by reception style. We always recommend ordering a few extras — especially if napkins will be displayed in multiple locations. If ordering in a large quantity, consider leaving off the date so any extras can be enjoyed at home.

Your proof will be in your inbox within 1–3 business days. Our design team gets to work on your order right away, and you'll receive a digital preview via email ready for your review.
Before approving, please carefully check all spelling, punctuation, and details — once you give the green light, your order moves immediately into production and changes cannot be made. Timely approval keeps your production and delivery on schedule, so the sooner you respond, the sooner it's on its way to you.
Please note that custom illustration fees are non-refundable once our designers have begun your artwork. If you need to cancel before work has started, reach out to us right away and we'll do our best to help.
A few things to know before you order:
For the best result, please have your pet posed in the direction you'd like them illustrated. Any changes to the custom artwork after the design process has begun will incur a redraw fee — but don't worry, text and layout adjustments are complimentary for up to two rounds of proofs.
On proofs & refunds: Custom illustration fees are non-refundable once our designers have begun your artwork. If you need to cancel, please reach out as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help before work gets underway.
Already have artwork? If you have a vector-based, high-resolution file, we can use it in place of a custom illustration — no artwork fee required. Please keep in mind that vector art is not a photograph; we need black and white line art, not images. If your illustration was created by an independent artist, a print release will also be required before we can move forward.
