Your proof will be in your inbox within 1–3 business days. Our design team gets to work on your order right away, and you'll receive a digital preview via email ready for your review.

Before approving, please carefully check all spelling, punctuation, and details — once you give the green light, your order moves immediately into production and changes cannot be made. Timely approval keeps your production and delivery on schedule, so the sooner you respond, the sooner it's on its way to you.

Please note that custom illustration fees are non-refundable once our designers have begun your artwork. If you need to cancel before work has started, reach out to us right away and we'll do our best to help.

For digitally printed napkins: Due to the porous texture of napkins, ink absorbs into the material, resulting in colors and fine details appearing slightly softer than on digital proofs.
