Your wedding details deserve to be handled with care — and that takes a little time. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Design Proof — 1–3 Business Days
After your order is placed, our team gets to work crafting your personalized proof by hand. You'll receive a digital preview via email within 1–3 business days, ready for your review.

Revisions (if needed) — +1 Business Day
Want to tweak a font, adjust the wording, or change a detail? No problem. Simply reply to your proof email and allow 1 additional business day for updates. We want it to be perfect before anything is sent to production.

Production — 7-10 Business Days
Once you've given your approval, your piece moves into production. Please allow 7-10 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays) for your order to be crafted and prepared for shipment. Need it sooner? Expedited productions options are available - we can get orders shipped within 2 business days if needed.

Shipping — 3-5 Business Days
Standard ground shipping typically arrives within 3-5 business days. Need it sooner? Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

Estimated Time to Delivery — 11–18 Business Days
