Beverage napkins are 4.75 by 4.75 inches folded. Dinner napkins are 6.5 by 6.5 inches folded, appropriate for place settings and dinner tables. The right size depends on how and where you plan to use them — cocktail size for bar service, dinner size for table settings.
How many napkins should I order for my event?
For cocktail hour bar service, plan on two to three napkins per guest. For a dinner reception with bar service throughout the evening, plan on four to five napkins per guest total across all stations. What is the minimum order for personalized napkins?
Our minimum order starts at 25 napkins, making personalized napkins accessible for intimate gatherings and small events. Pricing decreases per napkin as quantity increases, so larger orders offer better per-unit value. For large events of 200 or more guests, contact us before ordering if you would like a custom quote for your quantity.
How long does it take to receive my personalized napkin order?
Standard production is 7 to 10 business days after you approve your digital proof, plus shipping transit time. Rush production options are available at checkout for events with a tighter timeline. We recommend ordering at least three weeks before your event date to allow comfortable time for the proof review process, production, and shipping.
