We offer four primary styles of custom wedding cups. What's the minimum order for custom wedding cups?
Our minimum order is 25 cups. Most couples order 100–200 depending on guest count and whether they're using cups at cocktail hour, the reception, or both.
How many custom wedding cups should I order for my reception?
A general rule is to order one to two cups per guest for a seated dinner, and two to three cups per guest for a cocktail-style reception where guests may set cups down and pick up new ones. If you are offering cups as a keepsake favor for guests to take home, order one per person plus a small buffer of ten to fifteen percent for extras.
What is the difference between frosted and clear wedding cups?
Frosted cups have a semi-opaque finish that gives the cup a soft, elegant look and makes printed designs appear with a slightly warmer, diffused quality — they photograph especially well in candlelit or string-light settings. Clear cups show the drink inside and give a crisper, sharper print on the outside. Both are food-safe, BPA-free, and shatterproof.
Can I see a proof before my cups are printed?
Yes. Every order includes a complimentary digital proof. You'll be able to review your personalized design and request changes before we begin production. We recommend checking your spam folder if you don't see the proof within one business day of ordering.
How long does production take?
Standard production is 7–10 business days after proof approval. Rush production options are available if you need your cups sooner. Expedited shipping is also available at checkout.
