Fall Cocktail Bucket List

Happy Fall Y'all!  We love the Fall bucket lists that you see all over Pinterest this time of year, so much so that we put our own spin on the popular bucket list trend.  In addition to the many Fall fun activities you can seek out this season, add a little Fall fun to your “Thirsty Thursdays” with this Fall Cocktail Bucket list idea!
Here are a few cocktail suggestions to help you get started creating your own bucket list!

Carmel Apple Martini from Inspired by Charm

Ingredients
2 ounces Apple Cider
2 ounces Caramel Vodka
1 ounce Butterscotch Schnapps
Sliced fresh apple caramel, and / or cinnamon sugar for garnish

Instructions
    Rim your martini glass with caramel or cinnamon sugar. To get the cinnamon sugar to stick to the glass, dip the rim in a little apple cider, then the cinnamon sugar.
    Combine the apple cider, caramel vodka, and butterscotch schnapps in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously.
    Pour mixture into the rimmed martini glass and garnish with a slice of fresh apple.

      Candy Corn Cocktail from Tamilee Tips

      Ingredients
      1 1/2 oz Smirnoff Whipped Cream Vodka
      3 oz Sour Mix
      2 oz Pineapple Juice
      1/2 oz Grenadine
      Whipped cream for topping

      Instructions
        Combine Smirnoff Whipped Cream Vodka, Sour Mix and Pineapple Juice in a shaker with ice, shake away
        Pour mix into a martini glass
        Slowly pour Grenadine into mix so it settles at the bottom
        Top with whip cream
         

        Gin, Apple Cider, and Ginger Beer from Creative Culinary

        Ingredients
        1.5 ounces gin
        .75 ounces fresh squeezed lemon juice
        .75 ounce apple juice or cider
        Ginger Beer, chilled
        Apple slices
        Nutmeg

        Instructions
          Put glass into freezer to chill. Combine gin, lemon juice and apple cider in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake well and pour into ice filled, chilled glass.
          Top with ginger beer, stir and garnish with an apple slice and fresh grated nutmeg.

            Pumpkin Spice White Russian from 3 Yummy Tummies

            Ingredients
            5 oz. vanilla vodka
            5 oz. Kahlua
            5 oz. half-and-half or whole milk
            2 tbsp. pumpkin spice creamer
            pumpkin pie spice
              Instructions
              Fill a short cocktail glass halfway with ice.
              Add the vodka and Kahlua to the ice.
              Pour the half-and-half and pumpkin spice creamer combined over the top.
              Lightly sprinkle the top with pumpkin pie spice.

                Autumn Harvest Rum Punch from Happy Go Lucky Blog

                Ingredients
                8 cups apple cider
                1 frozen orange juice concentrate
                2 cups cranberry juice
                1 cup pear juice/nectar
                2 cups spiced rum
                1/2 bottle sparkling white wine
                Sliced oranges, apples, and pears
                Frozen cranberries
                Cinnamon sticks
                  Instructions
                  Add all ingredients to large pitcher except sparkling wine.
                  Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
                  Add sparkling wine to pitcher right before serving.

                    Vanilla Chai Old Fashioned from Half Baked Harvest

                    Ingredients
                    Chai Simple Syrup
                    4 chai tea bags
                    1/3 cup maple syrup
                    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
                    Old Fashioned
                    2 ounces (1/4 cup) bourbon
                    1 ounce lemon juice
                    1 dash orange bitters
                    1-2 ounces (2-4 tablespoons) chai tea syrup
                    sparkling water, for topping
                    cinnamon and star anise, for serving (optional)
                      Instructions
                      Chai Simple Syrup:
                      In a medium pot, bring 1 cup water to a boil. Remove from the heat, add the chai tea bags, cover and steep 10-15 minutes. Remove the tea bags and add the maple. Bring to a boil over high heat. Boil 3-5 minutes, then remove from the heat. Stir in the vanilla. Let cool. Keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks.
                        Old Fashioned:
                        In a cocktail shaker, combine the bourbon, lemon juice, orange bitters, and 2 tablespoons of the chai syrup. Shake to combine
                        Strain into a glass. If desired top with sparkling water. Garnish with cinnamon and star anise.
