Easter Snacks to make with the Kiddos

Hippity Hoppity....Easter is on its way!  With the ever mounting piles of snow here in Pennsylvania (and the mounting snow DAYS that follow), the ladies of Rubi and Lib decided to brainstorm some fun Easter snacks to make with the kiddos while they are home.

We tested all the recipes below with our own munchkins (and husbands) and each one is Rubi and Lib approved.  So whether you're snowed in like us, or are looking for a fun activity to do with your kids leading up to Easter, check out the recipes and photos below.

Easter Deviled Eggs

The kiddos will love watching the egg whites get darker and darker as they sit.  Check out the recipe here from Frugal Coupon Living.

Pineapple Easter Chicks

These sweet pineapple cups are fun to draw and even more fun to include in a lunchbox!  Or as an Easter Table Place Card that the kids can make!  Check out this easy tutorial on No Biggie.

Peep Fruit Kabobs

Serve them some healthy fruit with a sweet treat tucked in the middle.  This would also be a great pattern lesson for all of our teachers out there! Check out this easy tutorial on Aimee's Savory Dish.  And be sure to grab these adorable napkins, too (Ready to Ship)!

Easter Juice Boxes

Another perfect Easter Table place card, or a fun lunch box surprise!  Check out our free printable here.

Bunny Cake Batter Popcorn

We made this without the coconut (picky hubs and kids), but I'm certain it would be yummy with a sprinkling. It sure was without it!  Check out the easy-peasy recipe over at Oh My Sugar High.

Stayed tuned in the next few weeks for even more Easter fun!!!!  And shop our Easter collection just in time!
