If you’re planning a wedding, you know that the list of to-dos never seems to end. It can be overwhelming—and it only gets worse as the big day approaches! One of the questions our customer service team receives most often is “Can we meet your event deadline?” Well, brides and grooms, we hear you… and we have an answer for you!
The Short Answer Is… Maybe
Unfortunately, there is no one-size-fits-all answer here. Production times vary depending on the product, so the best way we can answer this question is by gathering some additional information from you. We suggest emailing our customer service team with a few key pieces of information:
- What products are you interested in purchasing (colors and quantities are helpful too!)
- Your need-by date (we recommend giving yourself a few extra days in case there is a delay in transit)
- Shipping zip code
Once our team has all this information, they will be able to advise if we can meet your need-by date or let you know if a rush fee or upgraded shipping may be necessary. Don’t worry—we won’t leave you hanging! We understand how important it is for everything to arrive on time and do our best to accommodate tight timelines when possible.
