PROCESSING TIME
Usually ships in 7-10 business days (not including weekends or holidays).
SHIPPING TIME
Will vary depending on your location. Normal shipping time is around 5 business days (within the 48 continuous United Stated). Cups can ship separately if ordered with other products. We use UPS and FedEx for delivery and therefore are unable to ship to PO Boxes.
IN A RUSH?
Select the rush production option at checkout - Cups can be shipped within 24-48 hours (time varies depending on if proof approval is needed and when your order is received).
COLOR INFORMATION
Keep in mind colors may vary slightly from your proof to your delivered product due to browser and monitor settings.
Font, artwork, wording and layout and design changes are not included. These changes may be accommodated on a per case basis and will be charged an additional custom design fee. Contact us for more info.

Our designers will modify the design with your custom details and requests. Within 48 business hours you will receive a proof for review.

AFTER YOU PLACE YOUR CUP ORDER
1. Within 48 business hours, you'll be emailed a digital proof
2. Once approved, your order will be placed into production
3. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships
LOOKING FOR SOMETHING DIFFERENT OR CUSTOM?
We love to create custom pieces using various fonts and images we have on file. We can also print logo and other custom artwork.
There is no additional cost if custom artwork is provided in the following format:
- Vector based file either Ai, EPS or PDF (JPEGs are never vectorized and not all PDFs are formatted correctly)
- All fonts must be outlined
- Black and White only (no greyscale)
